The truth is – many people start out on the path serving others where they are helping, healing, teaching, coaching, consulting – and taking care of others needs so their clients can live better lives, operate more efficient businesses, and feel better about themselves.
Quite rewarding and meaningful work for sure.
Yet, if you’re not careful, you can also find yourself becoming burnt-out, feeling resentful, and lacking motivation to continue on your spiritual path of serving others – because you end up helping everyone else but yourself!
The key to living a more successful, calm, peaceful, balanced, creative, meaningful, spiritual life is: knowing when to give and knowing when to receive. In other words, you can make a larger impact and help more people through learning how-to give to yourSELF FIRST.

In our incredibly busy lives, we can all use some encouragement, support and nurturing and pampering of our souls This is what The Raising Your Worthy Standards program is all about. The program outlines a process I believe all of us must go through if we intend to lead authentic, extraordinary lives where we are shining fully in the Light and making an incredible difference.
This program is designed to take a holistic approach to your entire life – and to look at the areas that are causing you strife and discontent. Together, we’ll work to determine where you need to “Raise Your Worthy Vibe” by removing tolerations, improving your time management, and giving you tools to focus, prioritize and take action on what’s most important to you at this time of your life.
Raise Your Worthy Standards Program Outline
The Raise Your Worthy Standards is a 1:1 Private Coaching program that is taught over the course of 16-weeks. This program is specifically designed for professionals who are smart, motivated, and driven – and who are craving a more balanced, fulfilled, worthy life-style and career/business. We’ll meet on the phone for our sessions and cover content from the following topics:
Session 1: Soul Review
We’ll identify what matters most to you right now in your life and how you can arrange your time and energy around these priorities and values.
Session 2: Life Balance
We’ll determine what feels off-kilter and is causing you to feel stressed and drained and then focus on what needs the most attention in your life.
Session 3: Setting Limits In Life & Work
We’ll take inventory of who and what is causing you to feel angry, resentful, and tired and get you the relief you’re craving.
Session 4: Worries & Anxieties
We’ll uncover what is causing you to feel worrisome, anxious, and not able to relax or be in the present moment – and give you insight to why you put so much pressure on yourself to succeed.
Session 5: Inner Hunger & Lack of Contentment
We’ll identify what outside sources you’re utilizing to feed your inner hunger and determine what it truly is that you’re looking to fulfill you.
Session 6: Feeling “Not Good Enough”
We’ll uncover why you continue to feel inferior to others –and struggle with inadequacy – and help you see what it means to Claim Your Worth!®
Session 7: Trusting Life To Support You
We’ll collaborate on what in your life causes you to lack trust in feeling supported – especially in the area of money and relationships – and how you can abolish these false beliefs for good!
Session 8: Embracing Your Wholeness
You’ll learn the keys to being in the flow of life and allowing yourself to be provided for, protected and nourished so you can relax, be happy and live your true purpose with ease and grace.
