What You Focus Your Attention On

You’ve most likely heard the expression – Energy flows where your focus/attention goes. So true but have you learned how to put this Truth into practical application in your life?

I bet there is an area, or maybe several areas, in your life that feel out of alignment with how you’d ultimately like them to feel/be. Maybe it’s in the area of your career – or finances – or relationships – or your health/well-being.

Whatever the area(s) is/are, you most likely, without even realizing you’re doing it, focus on what isn’t there vs. what is.

In several Note Worthy articles I refer to the Law of Attraction and the underbelly of it. Where it’s so much more than what you think about that will allow you to attract what it is that you want.

And, when it’s something that you deeply want, the resistance to it coming to you can feel all the more challenging.

So, today I wanted to share a very cool tool that I recently stumbled upon that I feel has real, practical application to helping you not only focus on what you do want to see happen in your life – but gain even more clarity about what those areas are.

This tool is called The Focus Wheel and it has been attributed to the work of Jerry & Ester Hicks.
